Ms. Hendricks-Roach (HR) believes, “While success is defined by many individuals as what you have personally accomplished and achieved, I define success as what an individual has given back to help someone else achieve their destiny. A leader is one who has the ability to motivate others to accomplish what has been set out in front of them. Despite my many achievements and levels of success, H.O.P.E. has been my greatest fulfillment. H.O.P.E. was established so that I may give back opportunities which had been given to me along my journey. H.O.P.E is structured to help others reach their destiny and full potential”
